Refund policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

    • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
    • To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at heistboyzofficial@icloud.com within the 14-day period, stating your order number and reason for return.
    • We will provide you with the return address via email.
    • Once you've shipped the item back to us, please allow time for us to receive and inspect it.
    • Return authorization will be granted upon successful inspection of the returned item.

  3. Refund Timeline:

    • Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5-10 business days after the return is authorized.
    • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  4. Communication:

    • If 15 days have passed since you shipped the item back to us and you have not received your refund, please feel free to contact us at heistboyzofficial@icloud.com for assistance.

  5. Non-eligible Items:

    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for gift cards

  6. Shipping Costs:

    • Please note that shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  7. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  8. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at heistboyzofficial@icloud.com with photos of the product and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
